OUR MISSION

TO HELP STUDENTS TAP INTO THEIR POTENTIAL

OUR VALUES

Students Come First
Students are our priority—their success is our success.
Praise the Process
The process is more important than the product. If we take two steps forward and one step back, that's ok.
Lead with Empathy
You learn differently? We get it. Our job is to support you. We don't make assumptions, we're just here to help.
Relationships
Our mentorship program and our community are built on relationships. The stronger the relationships, the more we can help each other succeed.
Accountability
Accountability is necessary to make positive changes in any capacity. We hold students accountable, but we hold ourselves accountable as well.
Always Learning, Always Growing
We think it's key for students, families, and employees to have this mindset—there's always more to learn.

Our Home

Designed and built with students in mind, our Broomfield center blends individual classrooms, a homework center, and a full-scale movement zone — all under one roof.

MOVEMENT ZONE

Whether you’re throwing a football before sitting down to work or playing ping-pong while studying Spanish flash cards, we have space to move! Just keep an eye out for rogue Spikeball hits.

ClassROOMS

Our private classrooms provide dedicated quiet spaces for mentors and students to work together on assignments, planning, or studying without outside distractions.

HOMEWORK CENTER

Staffed with subject experts to help students with math, science, and language arts, the homework center can be booked and used as spot to study for upcoming tests or to complete assignments.

COMMON AREAS

Need a place to hang out before sessions or while waiting for your student? Untapped has a few common areas where parents, mentors, and students can convene.

SEE THE THOUGHT
BEHIND OUR APPROACH

Untapped Learning uses research-backed methods to help students with all types of learning challenges.

Executive Function

Kids aren’t born with executive function skills – they’re born with the potential to learn them.

Movement

Exercise releases endorphins while improving oxygen and blood flow to the brain, which improves mood and information retention.

Mentorship

Students respond more positively to mentors they can relate to—in age, background, and interests.

Method

Everyone learns differently. We take an individualized approach to maximize kids’ strengths and overcome obstacles.

Our BELIEFS

10 minutes of movement
boosts brain function, improving performance in mental tasks.
We're 65% more likely…
to achieve a goal if we tell someone else and they help hold us accountable.
100% of people have struggled
with at least one executive function skill at some point (according to us).

We embrace differences—different learning styles, different extracurricular interests, different academic experiences—to support each other in our personal and professional growth.

We offer career development opportunities, flexibility when setting your schedule, and spontaneous Spikeball and ping pong tournaments.
