Frequently Asked Questions
If I'm in the continuous program, what does the summer look like?
Our program is designed to be continuous to prevent the "summer slide," but we know students need a break over the summer for vacation or rest. Two weeks are off, and you pick those two weeks with your coach based on your schedule! Because taking a break is an essential part of the learning process, these two weeks are already factored into your subscription rate and do not need to be rescheduled or made up.
How do we handle spring break?
We do not hold sessions during a student's spring break to honor their need for rest. If your student's break differs from the center's closure (March 12–20), they will have a remote session during the closure week and take their break during their school's scheduled week.
Are we open on long weekends and other holidays (like Easter Sunday)?
Unless specifically listed as a "Center Closed" date, Untapped remains open and sessions proceed as scheduled.
How do we handle holidays with billing?
The monthly subscription rate is flattened to account for scheduled breaks like Thanksgiving and Winter Break, so your payment remains consistent regardless of center closures.
What if my student starts or ends school on different dates than your academic calendar?
Please contact Karen at kwilkinson@untappedlearning.com to arrange supplemental sessions if your student needs support outside our standard calendar dates.
Can I join the program if I want to start mid-school year?
Yes, you can enroll mid-year based on coach availability. Billing begins on the date of your student's first session.
