Adam Hayes-Lemmon

Adam Hayes Lemmon[1]

Growing up with a younger brother diagnosed with ADHD gave me a firsthand look at how traditional schooling can be challenging. This ultimately inspired my shift into executive function coaching. My coaching style is progress-first. I focus on helping students make realistic, daily shifts so they can feel less overwhelmed and build the skills to take ownership of their day. I hold degrees in Marketing and Psychology with a minor in Sociology from the University of Denver. I have coached students across diverse fields, ranging from the arts to engineering. At my core, I am motivated by seeing others thrive and I take pride in providing a highly relational space for my students. When I’m not coaching you can find me snowboarding, working out, watching sports (especially the Broncos) or hanging out with my dog, Chompi.
