Working as a behavior technician supporting children with autism and participating in relationship-focused research taught me that connection and curiosity are the foundation for learning. Because I personally struggled with severe academic and social anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt, I bring deep empathy to my coaching. I help students build the exact executive function skills needed to overcome feeling overwhelmed. I earned my degree in Psychology with a minor in Women and Gender Studies from Regis University. At my core, I am drawn to creative expression, which includes six years of training in traditional Russian ballet. When I am not coaching, I ground myself by playing the piano and exploring different forms of art. In everything I do, my ultimate goal is to help my students feel truly seen.
