Teaching dance to students with a wide range of learning styles—including through adaptive movement programs at professional ballet companies—drew me to executive functioning coaching and instilled a deep commitment to meeting every student where they are. My approach is empathetic and evidence-based. I ensure students feel genuinely understood and supported, equipping them with practical tools while building lasting self-trust and confidence. A former professional ballet dancer, I am currently pursuing a BA in Psychology at the University of Colorado Denver with plans to earn a Master’s in Social Work. My studies in neuroscience and human behavior directly inform how I show up for my students. Outside of coaching, I still love to dance, practice yoga, and meditate. I also volunteer at the Rocky Mountain House Rabbit Rescue and care for my own bunny, Mona.
