Josh Novak

Years of working as a preschool teacher and a camp counselor for neurodiverse campers inspired my transition into executive function coaching. I focus on helping students build practical, real-world strategies to navigate their education. My style is rooted in empathy and structure, breaking overwhelming tasks into manageable steps so students feel empowered to take ownership of their goals. I hold a degree from CU Boulder in History, Economics, and Business. My recent travels abroad have made me highly adaptable, allowing me to bring creative problem-solving to my work. At my core, I am a curious learner who loves reading, running Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, and spending time outdoors.
