My experience as a university English and creative writing instructor, combined with my passion for helping young adults navigate major life transitions, made becoming an executive functioning coach feel less like a choice and more like a calling. Drawing on my own journey managing lifelong anxiety as a graduate student and educator, I prioritize progress over perfection, empathetic accountability, and honest dialogue. I use active listening and human-centered goal-setting to help students build sustainable habits and become the best versions of themselves. My curiosity and humanist values fuel my work. After graduating in 2021 with a degree in English and Philosophy, I earned my MFA in Poetry and am now beginning a PhD in Education with an emphasis in Literacy Studies. At my core, I am a lifelong learner. During my free time, I enjoy running, writing creatively, reading, visiting local coffee shops, and spending time with my loved ones—including my parakeet, Poe, who is, of course, named after Edgar Allan Poe.
