Navigating the school system with an ADHD diagnosis taught me exactly how frustrating it is when traditional academic methods don’t fit. This experience directly shapes my calm, flexible, and relatable coaching style. I am especially passionate about connecting with students who are initially resistant to structure or skeptical of support. By leaning into what they already care about, I help them build customized systems that allow them to move forward with confidence. I studied Geography at the University of Colorado Boulder and currently split my time at Untapped between student coaching and creating content for our marketing team. Originally from upstate New York and Vermont, I am an avid snowboarder, a creative glassblower, and a proud dog dad to Nala and Simba.
