Rhina Guzman

Navigating my own undiagnosed ADHD and a massive cultural transition from Nicaragua to the U.S. taught me exactly how it feels to be incredibly capable, yet completely overwhelmed. My coaching style relies on sharp intuition and my own lived experience. I focus on helping teens build creative organizational systems that actually work for their unique brain chemistry. I bring an ambitious, unconventional path to my work, having started college at sixteen and earned national recognition for community advocacy. Currently completing my real estate broker’s license, I am at my core a passionate advocate for students who feel misunderstood or underestimated by traditional school systems. Outside of coaching, I love traveling, creating, and spending quality time with my husband and our sweet black cat, Luci.
