Managing a busy life as a full-time college student juggling club involvements and two jobs taught me exactly how vital executive functioning and self-compassion are for maintaining balance. Having personally struggled with tying my self-worth entirely to academic performance, I bring deep empathy to my coaching. I focus on helping students overcome performance anxiety so they can discover success on their own terms. Originally from Highlands Ranch, Colorado, I am studying Speech, Language, and Hearing Sciences with a minor in Education at CU Boulder. This coursework builds on my extensive experience working with youth at summer camps and daycares. At my core, I use the outdoors to stay grounded, mindful, and present. When I’m not coaching, I am an avid hiker, mountain biker, runner, backpacker, and summiter of 14ers.
