My work as a Registered Behavior Technician showed me firsthand how powerful the right support can be for students with ADHD, autism, and other learning differences. Having spent every day helping children build communication, emotional regulation, and independence, I bring that same patient, strengths-based approach to my coaching. I draw on the structured routines I rely on in my own life to help students build consistency, break down big goals, and develop practical strategies that make daily life feel far more manageable. I am graduating from the University of Colorado Boulder in December with a degree in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. At my core, I am driven by personal growth and active living. Outside of coaching, I enjoy strength training, distance running, spending time outdoors, and challenging myself to reach new goals.
