Navigating school with ADHD gave me a personal understanding of the challenges that come with focus, organization, and motivation. Having experienced those hurdles firsthand—and having worked with students who learn differently—I know how powerful the right mix of structure, patience, and encouragement can be. As a coach, I bring an upbeat, supportive, and accountable energy to every session, helping students build confidence, self-awareness, and practical strategies they can rely on independently. I am completing my degree in Information Systems at CU Denver, where I’ve developed strong systems for problem-solving, organization, and project management. Outside of coaching, I am passionate about fitness and endurance sports, spending time outdoors, and constantly challenging myself to grow in every area of life.
