I spent years navigating high school and college with ADHD, constantly feeling like I was playing catch-up. Everything changed when I went through executive function coaching early in my college career. Learning how to organize my time and manage my workload transformed not just my grades, but my entire daily life. Today, I bring an empathetic, informative approach to coaching—giving students practical tools and teaching them the science behind why those strategies actually work. I earned my degree in Psychology from CU Boulder, deepening my understanding of executive functioning and how to manage it effectively. Outside of coaching, I love spending time outdoors fly fishing, hiking, reading, and snowboarding.
