The evidence is in.
Our program works.
Our coaching model was evaluated in a quality improvement study published in Frontiers in Psychology, tracking EF skill growth across 312 students over three semesters.
Students in grades 6 12 showed significant overall EF score improvements in 2 out of 3 semesters, with consistent upward trends across all groups and no decreases in any measured skill.
Post-secondary students showed significant EF improvement in all three semesters and despite starting with lower initial scores, they finished with higher average final scores than the younger cohort.
The study tracked five EF domains: organization, planning, communication, task completion, and mentality the same five areas our coaching and online courses are built around.
